As we are exposed to loud noises we loose are ability to hear. So try to avoid loud noises at all costs, and if you can not be sure to use proper hearing protection such as ear plugs or earmuffs.What are some questions you can ask during your work day,what noises am i around and how long will i be around them.Then think of some solutions to that question such as how can i reduce the noise level around me during the work day.Be sure to always wear your proper PPE while on any job, you only have one set of ears so take care of them.
